I was treated at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital as an NHS patient by Mr Bailey. Having suffered from an extremely painful shoulder that had progressed to being almost completely frozen, Mr Baileys prompt option of an arthroscopic capsular release has resulted in full shoulder movement within three months. Wonderful!

Mr Bailey has a pleasant and efficient manner. He listened perceptively to my problems and gave measured and experienced advice. The prognosis and options for treatment as I get older were explained and my questions were answered well.

I was very apprehensive as to whether to have a partial or full knee replacement.
Mr. Bailey was very understanding and patiently explained the choices to me. I proceeded with the partial replacement, after Mr. Bailey's advice, and it has been a total success. No pain, a full knee bend and life back to normal. Thank you!

I found Mr Bailey put me at ease with clear explanations, and realistic prognosis for my knee replacement.
I was shown X Ray's before and after the op and told how to get the best results from this operation through exercise etc.
I was treated with care and respect through out, with very good after care.
This op has given me my life back without pain.
I am very thankful to Mr Bailey and Winchester hospital for the care I received and would definitely recommend to other patients.
